Tippy Connect Committees

Opportunities to Lead

Tippy Connect members have the opportunity to volunteer on one of our four committees, dedicating their time and skills to execute the objectives of our strategic mission.  Our committees are an essential part of the strategic goals, community outreach and membership development of our organization.

Professional Development Committee

The Professional Development Committee plans and implements all monthly and annual events hosted by Tippy Connect that develop the professional lives our members. We host a monthly series of events along with annual events the consist of the Executive Roundtable and the Top 10 Under 40 Awards Luncheon.

Public Relations & Advertising Committee 

The Public Relations & Advertising Committee creates all internal and external communications, newsletters and promotional materials. They are also responsible for establishing local media relationships. A liasion is assigned to each committee to assist in all advetising efforts for Tippy Connect to maintain a consistent brand throughout the organization.

Social Events Committee

The Events Committee plans and implements all monthly and annual events hosted by Tippy Connect.  We host two monthly events, three annual events as well as multiple professional development and social activities.

Community Involvement Committee

The Community Involvement Committee works first hand with TC's not for profit beneficiary to support and provide volunteer opportunities to TC members.  In addition to planning Tippy Connect's two major fundraisers, the 5K/10K and Kickball Classic, the committee also organizes other outreach efforts by matching volunteers with the civic needs in the community.

Membership Committee

The Membership Committee drives the value of Tippy Connect to non-members to increase awareness and reach in the community. In addition, the committee welcomes new members and implements strategic retention initiatives.
